All Day Procedure Centres (DPCs) are required to be licensed and there are NO exemption arrangements for DPCs.

On 9 August 2019, the Director of Health issued the Code of Practice for Day Procedure Centres (CoP for DPCs) to provide standards for all DPCs licensed under the Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance*.

Briefings on the Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance
